The aim of the programme is to train choreographers who can conceptualise and produce unique and personal dance art performances. Alongside rigorous practical training, significant emphasis is placed on theoretical studies, including dance history, dance analysis, music theory, music history, stage practice, and dramaturgy. By the end of the programme, students will have acquired a well-rounded and profound practical and theoretical background that shapes them into innovative, creative, and perceptive choreographers.

- Required former studies: professional dance experience in training or in a company
- Awarding: BA degree in Choreography
This program is new to the Hungarian Dance University and represents the first iteration of our choreography training available in English. Previously, choreography studies were offered exclusively in Hungarian.
