At the event, Magdolna Salát, Vice-Rector and head of the delegation, participated in a roundtable discussion on the role of artificial intelligence in higher arts education.

As part of the four-day programme, Tamás Topolánszky, Associate Professor and Director of the Antal Fodor Institute for Choreographer and Dance Teacher Training, held a workshop with the participation of Nóra Nemes and Levente Baka, final-year students specializing in folk dance in the Dance Artist programme.

On November 12, the Vice-President of the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and Magdolna Salát, Vice-Rector of the Hungarian Dance University, signed a cooperation agreement in a formal ceremony. Under the five-year partnership, the two institutions plan to organize exchanges of teachers and students, as well as to create joint performances. The cooperation agreement was prepared over the past year and a half by Réka Zsigmond, Head of the Rector’s Office.

On Friday, the delegation will travel to Shanghai, where they will visit the Shanghai Theatre Academy, and the folk-dance students will perform during the Hungarian Cultural Week organized by the Consulate.

This important opportunity was realised through the Pannónia Scholarship Programme.
