Two teachers of the Hungarian Dance University (HDU), Anita Lanszki and Ágota Tongori successfully represented the institution at the prestigious European Conference on Educational Research (ECER) held in Nicosia this year.

Anita Lanszki presented the latest results of the international research group of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology on “Subjective academic success among performing arts and non-performing arts students: predicted of perceived stress, coping resources and self-cultivation characteristics”, while Ágota Tongori’s presentation was on “Culturally responsive and care-based methods incorporating 21st century digital tools in the theoretical teaching of dance university students”.

The one-week conference attracted 2,300 participants from 71 countries and a total of 1,680 presentations were given. It is a major achievement that HDU academics represented the university in this important international forum and contributed to the global discourse on education.

We congratulate Anita Lanszki and Ágota Tongori and thank them for representing the Hungarian Dance University in a worthy manner at this outstanding academic event.
