The first Stipendium Hungaricum Excellence Awards Gala was held on November 17 – a ceremony launched this year that fully celebrates the remarkable achievements, excellence, and international spirit of scholarship students studying in Hungary.

The organizers welcomed scholarship students, university representatives, and distinguished guests at the Stipendium Hungaricum Gala in the Festetics Palace in Budapest – an evening dedicated to recognition, inspiration, and community. The event celebrated the achievements of international students studying in Hungary and acknowledged their remarkable contributions to academic and cultural life.

The highlight of the evening was the awards ceremony, where exceptional students were recognized for their academic achievements, leadership, and community involvement. The Stipendium Hungaricum Student Excellence Award was introduced in 2021, and this year it is being presented for the fifth time.

In addition to the Student Excellence Award, the Stipendium Hungaricum Hungarian Excellence Award was established three years ago to recognize scholarship students who are enrolled in full programs in Hungarian or have completed a Hungarian-language preparatory course. Itoh Natsuki, an outstanding Japanese student at the Hungarian Dance University and a graduating classical ballet artist, received this prestigious recognition. Congratulations!
